Left-Wing Liberals get early an start mudslinging

Elections are fourteen months away and the mudslinging has already begun. The liberal left has launched preemptive strikes against conservatives, confident that lies repeated over an extended period of time will eventually be mistaken as truth.

Democrats continue to malign President Bush, eager to recapture the White House. They support him when it’s politically correct to do so, but with elections a year away, they are compelled to begin constructing mistrust of the President now, before it’s too late. How dare the party of William the Zipper accuse anyone of lying? Lefties consider intelligence provided by British Intelligence and cleared by the CIA an absolute lie on the part of our president. Clinton repeatedly denied charge of sexual misconduct, allegations that were proven to be true. But as any liberal will tell you, character and integrity are insignificant compared to the grandiose mistakes of the current administration.

Several months from now, the DNC will select their candidates for office, including that of the presidency. While there is no clear front-runner yet, it’s almost certain that their candidate will have the moral clarity of Larry Flynt, the religious tolerance of Louis Farrakhan, and the patriotism of Sean Penn.

Next November, Americans will have an opportunity to tell the left-wing extremists that their politics are unacceptable. I pray that we, as a nation, do not forego this opportunity.
